Electric Vehicles can reduce the emissions that contribute to climate change and smog, therefore improving public health and reducing ecological damage.

Suitable for daily use and compatible with all type 1 and type 2 electric vehicles, EVlink Parking Charging Solutions offer energy metering capabilities plus the connectivity you need to ensure user authentication, generate reports and perform remote maintenance. 

The universal charging unit is compatible with all smart cars, including models from;

What is the location of the charging bays?

The two charging bays are located opposite NAB in the Eastern Car Park.

How much does it cost to charge my vehicle?

Nothing. Our electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for customers.

How long can I charge my vehicle?

Customers are welcome to use the charging stations for as long as they wish. 

How many charging station do you have?

There are 2 charging stations capable of charging any Electric Vehicle.

What types of vehicles can use the charging stations?

Any electric car with the correct cable can be charged. Our chargers have Type 2 sockets. Electric or Plug in Hybrid cars available in Australia have either a Type 1 or a Type 2 charge port.
Type 1 vehicles require a Type 2 to Type 1 cable
Type 2 vehicles require a Type 2 to Type 2 cable

Do I need to provide my own adapters?

Yes – our chargers have a Type 2 socket and customers will need to bring their own cable. Type 1 vehicles require a Type 2 to Type 1 cable and Type 2 vehicles require a Type 2 to Type 2 cable

How do I secure my cable so I can shop while my car charges?

Once connected, the charging cable cannot be disconnected while car is charging, and all doors are locked.

How long does it take to charge a vehicle using the unit?

This really depends on the car. Each electric car has a different size of battery, at the standard rate it charges between 30km to 90km per hour

Do you need to fully charge the car each time or can you “top up”?

EV car users do not need to fully charge the battery every time they charge, they can charge the battery as long as they want.
