Competition Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions – Win 4 x Tickets to see You & Me and the Land of the Lost Things by Andy Griffith Show at The Empire.

Promoter: Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, owned by Elanor Investors Group and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle, Cnr James St and Anzac Ave, Toowoomba, QLD 4350.

Promotional Period: Competition opens 13 June 2026 at 9:00am AEST and closes 15 June 2026 at 5:00pm AEST.

Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who reside in Queensland. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Elanor Investors Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, and associated companies are ineligible to enter.

Entry: To enter, participants must:

  • Spend $20 or more (in a single transaction) at Big W toy sale, Clifford Gardens, between 13-15 June 2026
  • Present their valid receipt to Customer Service outside Priceline during specified times (Saturday 9am-4pm, Sunday 10:30am-2:30pm, Monday 9am-5pm)
  • Provide name, phone number and email address

Limit one entry per receipt. Receipts cannot be used more than once.

Prize: One (1) prize of four (4) tickets to You & Me and The Land of the Lost Things at The Empire Theatre on 17 June 2026. Total prize value: approximately $112. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn randomly on 16 June 2026 at 9am at Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within one (1) business days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prize: If the prize is unclaimed by 5pm, 16 June 2026, a redraw will be conducted under the same conditions.

Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for conducting this competition and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering, participants consent to their information being used for this purpose.

Compliance: This competition is a game of chance and complies with relevant Queensland legislation including the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (Qld).

Liability: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by entrants.

General: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
