Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre – Father’s Day Carwash Giveaway Terms and Conditions
By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Promoter
The promoter is Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, located at James Street & Anzac Avenue, Toowoomba, QLD 4350, in partnership with All In Carwash.
2. Promotion Period
- The promotion commences at the time of the social media post.
- The promotion closes on Friday, 4 September at 3:00pm AEST.
- Entries received after this closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian permission to enter.
- Employees of the Promoter, retailers within Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, All In Carwash, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- Entrants must be able to collect the prize in person from Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre.
4. How to Enter
To enter the draw, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
- Follow both the official Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre and All In Carwash social media accounts (Instagram and/or Facebook, depending on the platform of entry).
- Tag a dad or a mate in the comments section of the promotional post who needs their car cleaned.
- Multiple entries are permitted. One unique tag equals one entry.
5. Prizes and Draw Details
- There are ten (10) prizes to be won.
- Each prize consists of one (1) All In Carwash VIP gift card, loaded with $15.00 AUD (valued as equivalent to the first clean free).
- The total prize pool is valued at $150.00 AUD.
- The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
- The winners will be selected via a random draw on Friday, 4 September after 3:00pm AEST.
6. Winner Notification and Collection
- Winners will be notified on the day of the draw (Friday, 4 September) via direct message (DM) on the platform they entered.
- Winners must collect their prize in person from the Customer Service Desk at Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre during centre operating hours.
- Winners may be required to present a valid photo identification (e.g., driver’s licence or passport) to claim their prize.
- If a prize is not collected within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to an alternative winner.
7. General Conditions
Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the draw and contacting the winners, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Entrants completely release Facebook/Instagram/Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical difficulties, internet connectivity, or any other reason.

Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre – Clifford the Bee Colouring Competition Terms and Conditions
By participating in this competition, the parent or guardian of the entrant agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Promoter
The promoter is Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, located at James Street & Anzac Avenue, Toowoomba, QLD 4350.
2. Competition Period
- The competition opens Saturday, 22 August.
- The competition closes on Thursday, 31 October at 5:30pm AEST (or at the closing time of the Customer Service Desk on that day).
- Late entries will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility and Age Categories
- Entry is open to children aged 12 years and under who reside in Queensland, Australia.
- To be eligible, entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.
- The competition will be judged across three age categories:
- Category 1: Ages 4 and under
- Category 2: Ages 5 to 8
- Category 3: Ages 9 to 12
- Employees of Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre management, security, cleaning staff, and retailers within the centre are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, eligible participants must complete the following steps:
- Obtain an official “Clifford the Bee” colouring sheet from the Customer Service Desk or participating retailers in-centre.
- Colour in the sheet using pencils, crayons, markers, or paint.
- Ensure all parent/guardian contact details (including child’s name, age, guardian’s phone number, and email address) are clearly written on the back of the entry sheet.
- Submit the completed masterpiece in person to the Customer Service Desk (located near Priceline Pharmacy) during centre trading hours before the closing date.
5. Nature of the Competition
- This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
- Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity, effort, and originality, appropriate to the age category of the entrant.
- The judging panel will be appointed by the Promoter, and the panel’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
6. Prizes
- The total prize pool is valued at over $500.00 AUD.
- Prizes consist of a combination of Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre retailer vouchers, local family activity passes, and confectionery/treat packs.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Retailer vouchers are subject to the specific terms and conditions printed on them, including expiry dates.
7. Winner Notification and Announcement
- Winners will be selected on Monday, 3 November.
- The parent or guardian of each winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details provided on the entry sheet.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Intellectual Property and Privacy
- By submitting an entry, the parent or guardian consents to the Promoter displaying the child’s artwork, first name, and age category in-centre and on the Promoter’s official social media channels.
- All physical colouring sheets submitted become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to entrants.
- Personal information collected on the entry form will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and contacting winners, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
