Win a Cruise Holiday for 4*

1. The “Promoter” is Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, owned by Elanor Investors Group and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre address is: Cnr James St and Anzac Ave Toowoomba, QLD 4350.
2. Promotional Period: The Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre – ‘WIN a Family Cruise Holiday
Promotion’ (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am, Tuesday 22 April 2025 and conclude at 11.59pm, Sunday 25 May 2025.

HOW TO ENTER
3. Make a spend of $60 or more in a single transaction at any Clifford Gardens retailer or $80 in a single transaction at Big W, Coles or Woolworths (qualifying purchase). The receipt must be retained as proof of purchase.
4. Digital entry: Scan the QR code on the in-centre collateral or visit https://www.cliffordgardens.com.au/win-a-cruise-holiday-for-a-family-of-4/ fill in the required details and upload a photo or screenshot of the receipt.
5. Physical entry: Present the receipt to the Customer Service Desk (located near Beautiful Elegance) and fill out an entry form. Once completed, the entry form can be placed into the entry barrel located next to the Customer Service Desk. Entry Forms can only be claimed during Customer Service Desk hours as outlined:
Monday – Wed: 9am – 5pm, Thurs: 9am – 7pm, Fri: 9am – 5pm, Sat 9am – 4pm, Sun 10:30am – 2:30pm.

PRIZE AND DRAW
6. The prize is a Royal Caribbean cruise package to Airlie Beach & Wills Island for 2 adults and 2 children (under 12) with Flight Centre.
7. Package includes: 6 nights cruise to Airlie Beach & Willis Island with Voyager of The Seas, Oceanview cabin for 2a2c. Sail from Brisbane. Departure date: 13 January 2026. Bonus $1,000 onboard credit. Return transfer from your residence in Toowoomba (within a 25km radius of Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre) for four people to and from Port Brisbane.
8. Winner must provide all passenger names before 6 June 2025 . The cruise departs from Brisbane on 13 January 2026. Lead passenger name is not changeable. Any other changes are subject to Royal Caribbean Cruise T&Cs. Flights and land accommodations are not included. Travel insurance is to be arranged by the prize winner should they choose.
9. The prize is valued at $10,000. The price is correct as of 22 April 2025. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in the prize values between the time of printing and the ultimate prize redemption.
10. Subject to availability at the time of booking. If the Royal Caribbean cruise or any part of the package is unavailable at the time of booking, a replacement will be provided.
11. The winner will be drawn at random by Centre Management or an appointed third party at 10am on Wednesday 28 May 2025[EL7] .
12. The winners will be contacted by phone/email on the same day.
13. If despite every reasonable effort the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2 weeks after the first draw takes place.
14. The Prize information must be collected from the Centre Management office between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The holiday must be organised directly with Flight Centre Clifford Gardens.
15. The prize is set and cannot be exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credits.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
16. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
17. Entry is open to Toowoomba residents only. Proof of address will be required.
18. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
19. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
20. There is no limit placed on the number of entries per person so long as each entry meets the Qualifying Purchase.
21. Receipts cannot be combined, however one entry form will be issued for every receipt presented that meets the promotional criteria. Receipt must clearly identify the Participating Retailer of purchase, the product purchased (which must be a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotional Period). If, in the Promoter’s opinion, the customer has shared any receipt/s with another person, the entries will be invalid, and the customer will lose any right to an entry form.
22. Receipts exceeding the minimum spend cannot be split to form a Qualifying Purchase for multiple entries.
23. EFTPOS receipts will not be accepted, only a tax invoice receipt is valid. Digital receipts must be printed out before presenting at the Customer Service Desk. Excludes lay-by (including store layby, AfterPay, Certergy or any other layby structed payment systems), ATM withdrawals, gift card purchases, mobile phone recharge cards and utility bill payments.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
25. The Winner will be published on the Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre Facebook and Instagram pages.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
27. If all or any part of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be
declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision
(or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms
and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
