1. Promotion Period

1.1 The promotion runs from commencement date until 31 January 2026 at 12:00pm AEST (“Promotion Period”). 1.2 Qualifying purchases and entries can be made during normal trading hours throughout the entire Promotion Period. 1.3 All entries must be submitted to Customer Service before the promotion ends at 12:00pm AEST on 31 January 2026 during Customer Service hours.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 2.2 Employees of Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, The Field Game Toowoomba and   participating retailers are not eligible. 2.3 One entry per person for the entire promotion period, regardless of purchase amount or frequency.

3. Qualifying Purchases

3.1 Minimum spend requirement: $10.00 or more (GST inclusive) at any store within Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre. 3.2 Multiple receipts from different stores may be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement. 3.3 Receipts must be original, itemised, clearly show store name, date, time stamp, and individual product prices. 3.4 The following purchases do not qualify towards minimum spend:
– Gift card purchases
– Layby payments or deposits
– Bill payments (utilities, phone, etc.)
– Postage and postal services
– Lottery tickets
– Tobacco products
– Refunded or exchanged items

4. Entry Process

4.1 Customers must spend a minimum of $10 anywhere at Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre. 4.2 Customers must provide one guess only as to how many gnomes are in the display box. 4.3 Present qualifying receipt(s) and your guess to Customer Service staff OR via The Field Game App > Mini-Games (receipt required for verification). 4.4 Customer Service will stamp your receipt to confirm entry. 4.5 Only whole numbers will be accepted as guesses. 4.6 Illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 4.7 No changes to guesses will be permitted once submitted.

5. Prize

5.1 Prize: One (1) $500 gift voucher from Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre. 5.2 Total prize value: $500.00 (GST inclusive). 5.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 5.4 Gift voucher is subject to standard terms and conditions of use and has a 12-month expiry from date of issue.

6. Prize Determination

6.1 The winner will be determined by the person who guesses the exact number of gnomes or comes closest to the actual number. 6.2 In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the earliest valid entry received (based on receipt timestamp). 6.3 The official gnome count will be verified by an independent witness. 6.4 Winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the promotion closing using contact details provided on entry. 6.5 If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or fails to collect their prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next closest guess.

7. Verification & Disqualification

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and request proof of identity, age, and purchase. 7.2 Valid photo identification may be required to claim prizes. 7.3 The Promoter may disqualify entries that are:

• Fraudulent, illegible, or incomplete
• Not in accordance with these terms and conditions
• Made using stolen or unauthorised payment methods
• Duplicate entries from the same person

7.4 Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent these terms will result in immediate disqualification.

8. Receipt Requirements

8.1 Receipts must be from purchases made during the Promotion Period. 8.2 Photocopied, altered, or damaged receipts that cannot be clearly read will not be accepted. 8.3 Mobile payment receipts and email receipts are acceptable if they contain all required information. 8.4 If items are subsequently refunded after entry submission, and the refund reduces the total below minimum spend, the entry will be void. 8.5 Original receipts may be retained by the Promoter for verification purposes.

9. Liability + Warranties

9.1 The Promoter makes no warranties regarding prize availability or delivery. 9.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for: • Lost, damaged, or misdirected entries • Technical failures affecting entry submission • Changes beyond the Promoter’s control • Any injury or damage arising from participation in this promotion 9.3 The Promoter’s total liability is limited to the cost of replacing the prize. 9.4 Participation in this promotion is at the entrant’s own risk.

10. Privacy

10.1 Personal information collected will be used solely for conducting this promotion and prize distribution. 10.2 Winner’s name and suburb may be published for promotional purposes. 10.3 Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. 10.4 Entry constitutes consent to use winner’s name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion if it becomes impracticable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to: • Natural disasters • Government regulations • Public health emergencies • Technical failures 11.2 If the promotion is cancelled, no compensation will be payable to entrants.

12. General Conditions

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary. 12.2 The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding. 12.3 These terms and conditions are governed by Queensland law. 12.4 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 12.5 The promotion is a game of skill, not chance.

13. Permit Details

13.1 This promotion may be conducted under relevant state gaming and lottery legislation. 13.2 Permit numbers (if applicable) will be displayed at the promotion location.

By entering into the Promotion and accepting these Conditions of Entry, you are agreeing that you have read (and accepted) the Promoter’s privacy policy.

Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

If you are a winner, you agree to the Promoter using your name and State/Territory or postcode of residents in public statements and advertisements. If you are a winner, you may agree to participate in all reasonable marketing publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requests, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed without any compensation. The winner acknowledges that the Promoter and Participating Centre may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation and in that case, you consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity for a reasonable period thereafter.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. Entrants should seek their own independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this Promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
